A heartfelt story about a mother and daughter relationship that goes through A LOT of tough situations.. There were parts of the book I couldn't imagine how I would handle those situations.. Warning: this book may make you cry & laugh (like it did me!), but it is beautifully written and really makes you feel deeply for Clara and Morgan..

But when a tragic and questionable incident occurs new secrets, resentment, and misunderstandings make mother and daughter fall further apart. It just meant when the twists hit I was much more surprised and who doesn’t love that feeling? This book had a mix of humour, love and loss – basically everything you want from a romance/drama novel.. The dynamics of the mother/daughter drama felt believable, and I really enjoyed the various timelines and POVs..

Whilst I eventually warmed up to Morgan’s love story.. I LOVED IT! Their ending in particular definitely made me shed a tear or two from the sheer cuteness!!

I sure did!! I just LOVED this book! It definitely made me cry a few times but wow I just couldn't put this book down and finished it in one reading.. It's a mother/daughter type story with romance for both and the story is told by both mother ( Morgan ) and daughter ( Clara ) which is probably one of the things i enjoyed most about this book!

Such a touching and beautiful story of complicated love, regrets, truth, and mother and daughter/parental relationships.. It was different for a Colleen Hoover book, but I love how Colleen Hoover writes about such real things in an authentic way everyone can feel..
